Capacity Unit (CU)

The unit of platform work in StackWeavers. A bug fix is 2 to 5 CU. A small feature is 10 to 25 CU. A medium feature with frontend, backend, and tests is 50 to 150 CU. Pricing is metered transparently per run. Plans include a monthly CU bundle, and overages are explicit.
